This is a honey-processed collective lot. The cherries that contributed to this lot have been produced by the Chasoy, Agreda, and Janamejoy families, all situated in the Aponte subregion of Nariño. These farms are nestled at elevations ranging from 2100 to 2200 masl, cultivating Caturra and Variedad Colombia. Harvesting takes place between June and September.

Processing:
First, the cherries are stored in burlap for a day, followed by pulping. They are then fermented for two days in a tank. Afterward, the coffee is sun-dried on a "lona," with its mucilage.
